Built on the site of the historic AVEX factory, it stands as a model of urban regeneration and green development. Leveraging the expertise of the Ten Brinke Group, TenTec delivered the project on time and within budget, adhering to the highest specifications.
With the central concept of an open air arcade connecting the two building volumes, the retail park combines aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, becoming a new reference point for the city and the commercial landscape of the Peloponnese.
