In the heart of Athens, the Alexandras Office Building stands as a landmark of green architecture. A contemporary business project awarded LEED® Gold certification for its sustainable construction and environmentally responsible design.
TenTec undertook the complete design and construction, delivering a high-standard working environment that combines aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency.
Completed in 2020, this building marked the beginning of TenTec’s dedicated focus on office developments and the foundation for even more complex future projects. Designed from the outset with energy performance, comfort, and functional flexibility in mind, the project integrates the principles of green building at every level.
The LEED® Gold certification confirms the project’s commitment to sustainability, construction quality, and long-term environmental responsibility, while its architectural composition creates a workspace that meets the demands of modern business life.

The challenge was to create a building that would exceed conventional office standards, offering high-quality spaces, comfort, and superior energy and environmental performance.
At the same time, the project needed to combine architectural quality, strict sustainability criteria, and functional flexibility within a dense and demanding urban context.
TenTec designed and constructed the building with a strong focus on environmental responsibility and innovation, applying sustainable construction practices and advanced energy-saving systems.
Bioclimatic design, increased natural daylight, and high-performance energy elements ensure operational comfort while maintaining a low environmental footprint.
