After eighteen years of temporary solutions, the 2nd Gymnasium of Spata Artemida finally acquired a new school complex, designed to fully meet KTIP standards and the needs of students and educators.

TenTec delivered the project with strict discipline in schedule, cost, and quality, providing a school of private-level standards for public use.

The Artemida School Complex is a contemporary public educational infrastructure project, designed to fully address the functional, pedagogical, and technical requirements of a modern school, offering safe, bright, and high-quality spaces that enhance both learning and everyday school life.

TenTec undertook the design coordination and construction of the project, applying strict timelines, controlled costs, and high-quality standards, delivering a school that proves public education can combine functionality, safety, aesthetics, and sustainability.

The primary challenge was to accommodate a complete school building program within a low building coefficient framework, ensuring full compliance with all regulations while achieving a true functional upgrade.

At the same time, limited site access and complex administrative procedures required precise coordination to ensure delivery within an exceptionally tight timeframe.

TenTec strategically utilized the available regulatory framework, optimizing coverage and buildability and achieving A+ energy classification in order to secure all required functional spaces.

Through fast-track site organization, experienced supervision, and full installation of permanent equipment, the project was completed within thirteen months, delivering high quality, safety, and operational completeness.
