At the same time, the country\u2019s broader economic momentum is opening up fresh investment opportunities that could further boost the industry.<br><br>Commenting on construction costs, he explained that prices have climbed in recent years largely because of external pressures, and although they appear to be stabilizing, they remain at elevated levels.
