They also compared the real estate markets of Athens\u2019 southern and northern suburbs. Their conclusion: in the South, sales\u2014after a period dominated by foreign investors\u2014appear to have stabilized. The North, on the other hand, maintains consistently high demand, driven by quality of life and robust infrastructure, which are less prone to sharp fluctuations than in the South.
