TenTec, in collaboration with the Ten Brinke Group, transformed an abandoned site into a model commercial center, combining environmental sensitivity, functionality, and architectural harmony.
Today, the complex stands as a model of urban regeneration and responsible development, hosting retail chains of the Fourlis Group and serving as a new commercial hub for the wider area.
