TenTec S.A. was founded in September 2020 as Ten Brinke’s Group strategic design and construction partner in Greece. Since then, the company has broaden its services to any real estate developer and/or investor in need for advanced consulting and high-end project management services, including feasibility studies, construction management, cost estimation and tracking, quality assurance, planning, risk management and claims.


With a fresh yet experienced -due to Group’s
120 years of continuous growth- point of view, the company undertakes:

• Research of the projects to-be-developed, providing technical and financial information, such as technical inspections of properties, preliminary studies, cost estimates, etc.
• Project management, from pre-planning to commissioning (studies, licensing, costing, project monitoring, quality control, commissioning, etc.)
• Project construction.

Besides Administration, TenTec consists of the Studies, Costing, Procurement, Project Management and Construction Departments.

 

design & planning department

The studies department is fully staffed by engineers of all specialties (architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers) and designers, with extensive experience in Urban Planning Legislation and Special Building Licensing Legislation (Development Directorate, Environment Directorate, etc.), as well as in the application of all the building studies governing Regulations.

 

TenTec executives have the necessary experience and know-how both in relation to the licensing, internal configuration and operation of both industrial and professional buildings (supermarkets, offices, etc.), as well as in houses and residential complexes design.


The department undertakes:

• The Technical Property Inspection of the properties to-be-developed, in the light of the Greek Urban Planning Legislation.
• The preparation of preliminary studies of the projects to-be-developed.
• The use of external experts’ studies, in cases where external partners are used, in order to improve the quality of the project.
• The preparation of all the studies required on a case-by-case basis for the permits issuance and the building construction, as well as the drafting of all kinds of construction plans.
• The drafting of photorealistic illustrations and specialized studies (Preload Calculations, Industrial Units Flow Charts, etc.).
• The special constructions study, such as bridges, pylons, metal grids and large spans beams.

 

cost control department

This department focuses on:

 

• The cost estimation of candidate for development projects based on the preliminary study formed by the Studies department,
• The Costing of the project based on its studies.
• Evaluating external partners’ studies, in order to improve both project’s quality and cost and
• Continuous cost control during the construction process.

 

procurement department

The department undertakes:

 

• The market research required for the construction costs estimation or the materials and services supply.
• The optimization of the quality per construction cost ratio.
• The conclusion of important material/work supply agreements to maximize the benefit of the Project Owner.

The Department:

 

 

• Monitors the project in all its stages; from the initial conception to the delivery in full operation.
• Determines, together with the Project Owner, its specifications.
• Coordinates all other company departments (studies, costing, procurement, etc.).
• Takes care of the licensing process, the drafting of the project studies and their evaluation.
• Monitors project cost and planning throughout its development.
• Assigns, monitors and receives the construction parts of the project.
• Controls constructions quality and work safety.
• Ensures the documentation of the project and its smooth delivery.
